These images show really strong theatrical uses of face paint. I am really interested in the detail around the eye areas. In particular I am very fond of the second image above. The face paint conjures up thoughts of fun but at the same time portrays the darker side of clowns. I love the use of strong intence lines and colour with a pale white face as the base colour.
